Dr Andrew Brown-May - CHU Director

Dr Andrew Brown-May is Senior Lecturer in Australian History, and Coordinator of the Public History & Heritage Program. He is a principal editor of and major contributor to the Encyclopedia of Melbourne (Cambridge University Press, 2005). His publications include Melbourne Street Life (1998, winner of the 1999 Victorian Community and Local History Award), Espresso! Melbourne Coffee Stories (2001) and with Norman Day, Federation Square (2003). His research and teaching interests include urban history, material culture, public history, and mission history.
